Move a Message to the Trash Folder

Follow this procedure to move a message to the Trash folder.

1.       On the admin menu bar, click Admin Utilities. The Admin Utilities page appears.

2.       Click the Mail button. The Mail page appears.

3.       Adjacent to the message you want to delete, click the Delete  button. The message is sent to Trash and the ‘Deleted Message’ notification appears.
