Convert a Simple Assessment to an Advanced Assessment

If you have a Simple Assessment and need to add complex scheduling, add Tasks, Criteria Groups or Competency Groups, or assign it to a School/Level or to multiple Classes or Groups, follow this procedure to convert it to an Advanced Assessment.

1.       On the admin menu bar, click Admin Utilities. The Admin Utilities page appears.

2.       Click the Matrix Management button. The Learner Matrix Management page appears.

3.       Click the Assessments button. The Assessments page appears.

4.       Locate the Assessment that you want to convert.

Use the Keyword field, the Tag dropdown and the column headers to search and order the list of Assessments.

5.       At the right hand side of the panel, click the Edit Assessment button . The Edit Assessment panel appears.

6.       At the top of the panel, click Convert this assessment to an advanced assessment. The Assessment view changes to the two-panel Advanced interface.

7.       Make any other changes required.

8.       At the bottom of the Edit Assessment panel, click Apply. The Assessment is saved.
