Assessment Scheduling
Simple Assessments are scheduled in the Edit Assessment panel. They are scheduled on one date only.
Advanced Assessments have a separate tab for scheduling. They can be scheduled to occur in several different ways and in combinations of these:
• Once, on a particular date
• Regularly – daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, yearly – between defined dates.
• In a grading period – in any of the periods defined in a school year, and in combinations of these.
You can use the Edit Assessment and Assessment Scheduling tabs to assign an Advanced Assessment to different levels/schools, classes, groups at the same time, at different times, on a recurring schedule and with the same or different frequencies. All scheduled sessions are visible on the Scheduled Sessions tab of an Advanced Assessment.
