Generate a PDF document

To convert the letter to a PDF file and then download it, follow this procedure.

1.       Ensure that the Generate PDF option is selected

2.       Select the Generate PDF options:

•           If you want to generate separate PDF files for all the selected users, select the Individual Letters option.

•           If you want to generate a single PDF file for all the selected users, select the All In One Letters option.

3.       To preview the letter, click Generate Preview.

4.       Click the Generate button. The Generating Letter panel appears and is replaced by the Result page.

5.       Download the file:

•           To download a zip file of the letter or letters, click the Click here to download zipped file link. The zip file downloads according to your operating system and browser configuration.

•           To download a PDF file of the letter or letters, click the Download  button adjacent to the file(s). The PDF file downloads according to your operating system and browser configuration.

6.       Use the crumb trail at the top of the page or the Studywiz button bar to continue working with Studywiz.
