Manage Groups

Studywiz Groups allow you to group together users of any type across your Studywiz deployment and provide them with Activities and other resources. This is useful for clubs or other organisations that are made up of users from multiple classes or schools.

Studywiz Groups can also be configured to allow teachers and parents to interact with Activities as a student would, and students and parents to create and assess Activities as a teacher normally would.

Groups can be set up to allow all users to have control of Groups in different ways:

          Teachers can create Groups,

          Users can take on different user roles within a Group,

          Users can join themselves up to a Group. You can set access to Groups in three different ways:

           Users can join the Group and have Member access immediately,

           Users can join the Group and require approval before gaining Member access, or

           Users cannot join the Group.
