Manage User Messages

The Manage User Messages feature allows you to moderate messages in the Studywiz system.

Admin users can search for all messages, however, new messages only appear in the search results once the messaging index has been rebuilt – this occurs daily when the Studywiz system is restarted.

If a Studywiz user has read an offending message before it has been blocked, and then an admin blocks the message, the message will no longer appear in the user’s inbox.
