Search for a Blog Entry

1.       On the admin menu bar, click Admin Utilities. The Admin Utilities page appears.

2.       Click the Blogs button. The Blog Search page appears.

3.       Click the Entry Search tab. The Entry Search panel appears.

4.       In the Keywords field, type any keywords about the blog you are searching for.

To search for all blog entries, leave the keywords field blank.

5.       From the Search In Fields checkboxes, select the fields you want to search.

6.       If you want to refine the search to one level, select a level from the Level drop-down list.

7.       If you want to refine the search to one class only, select a class from the Class drop-down list.

8.       If you want to refine the search to one user group, select a group from the Group drop-down list.

9.       If you want to refine the search to a particular publish status, select a publish status from the Publish Status drop-down list.

10.     If you want the search to include private entries or deleted entries, select the appropriate Entry To Include checkboxes.

To refine the search to certain system users, follow the Select Specific Users procedure below.

11.     Click the Search button. The search results appear.

12.     Click the Blog icon or the blog post title. The Blog Entry page appears.

13.     To return to the Other Blogs page, click Return.
