Select a Recipient Group

5.       To add a predefined group of recipients to the recipients list, follow these steps.

Before you begin this procedure, ensure that you have created the relevant Recipient Group. To create a Recipient Group, follow the Create a new Recipient Group procedure.

a.       From the Select a Group drop-down list, select a recipient group.

b.       Click the Add button. The Recipient Group users are added to the Selected Recipients field.

To add additional individual users, follow the Select Individual Message Recipients procedure above.
