Studywiz School Years
Studywiz School Years allow you to set up your school’s dates within Studywiz. The Studywiz Assessment module uses School Years so that it can associate assessment information with reporting periods. You can configure a Studywiz School Year however you wish.
School Years are not mandatory and Studywiz, including Studywiz Markbook will operate succesfully without School Years.
Within a Studywiz School Year, there are two hierarchical levels of period – primary and secondary. Usually a Studywiz School year would be set up with semesters or terms as the primary period and weeks as the secondary, but you can configure it to suit the particular needs of your own school.
To allow each school to have it’s own school year setup, Studywiz School Years are not automatically assigned to schools. Studywiz School Years are assigned to each school on the Edit School page.
